1. Do you take returns?
Due to the nature of our products, small-batch, made-to-order, and formulated with fresh, natural ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures product integrity and safety for all customers.

Additionally, we do not offer refunds for packages returned to sender due to incorrect address or failure to pick up, as we are unable to resell the products.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is completely free on domestic orders.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly. However, if you're located in Canada, you can shop Shelter Skin at Cheung's Wellness and The GLW Shop. The GLW Shop also offers shipping to select European countries.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
5. What if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shelterskinteam@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to find a solution to ensure your satisfaction.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to us at shelterskinteam@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee order modifications once processing has begun, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
