01. Awaken the Lymph Nodes
Begin by gently stimulating key lymphatic areas to help open pathways for lymph fluid to move and drain properly.
02. Prepare the skin
Apply a small amount of No. 2 Vanilla Body Oil to clean skin to allow the tool to glide comfortably without pulling the skin.
03. Sculpt & Glide
Using the curved edges of the gua sha, glide outward and upward along the natural contours of the face. Use slow, consistent strokes, allowing the tool to do the work.
04. Target with pressure
Use the integrated acupressure tip to apply gentle, focused pressure in areas of tension.
05. Refine with the Ridged Edge
Use the ridged side of the tool to gently massage areas prone to fine lines or congestion.
06. Finish & Reset
End with a few light, downward strokes along the neck toward the collarbone to support lymphatic flow.
